Head of Product Marketing at Reach. Head of Product Marketing. At Reach, we’re building something exciting: redefining how businesses go global. We help merchants and partners remove barriers, simplify complexity, and unlock growth across borders.. We’re now looking for a Head of Product Marketing (PMM) to join our leadership team and build the function from the ground up. This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll set the foundation for how we define, package, position, and take our products to market — both directly to merchants and through our global partner ecosystem.. What you’ll do. Build the PMM function: Establish product marketing foundations, processes, and best practices across the org.. Craft product narratives: Define product positioning, packaging, and messaging that resonate with merchants and partners.. Drive adoption: Partner with Growth to fuel awareness, engagement, and adoption.. Enable the field: Develop world-class sales enablement resources, training, and tools.. Tell our story: Lead case studies, customer success stories, and thought leadership that showcase Reach’s value.. Go-to-market with partners: Co-create GTM strategies, campaigns, and launches with our ecosystem partners.. How the role is split. 30%: Core PMM for our merchants (product positioning, adoption, enablement, storytelling).. 70%: Partner go-to-market (working with strategic partners on joint positioning, campaigns, and adoption).. (This balance may evolve, but the blend of merchant and partner focus will always be core to the role.). What we’re looking for. 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or a fast-scaling environment.. Proven ability to craft compelling product narratives, packaging, and positioning.. Experience building adoption strategies, thought leadership programs, and sales enablement.. A track record of working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Partnerships.. A builder mindset: excited about creating foundations and scaling strategies from scratch.. Strong communication skills — able to simplify complexity, influence stakeholders, and inspire external audiences.. Location and Hours of Work. This remote position is full-time (40 hours per week) and may require some travel (approximately 20% annually).. Company Location: Canada.
