Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, paid social, email, programmatic, and SEO.. Drive customer engagement strategies, including account-based marketing programs, to strengthen retention and lifecycle impact.. Collaborate with campaign management, product marketing, and regional field marketing teams to ensure effective amplification of global and local initiatives.. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like GA-4, Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker.. Identify opportunities for process improvement and channel optimization to maintain efficiency and scalability.. Provide strategic digital guidance and tactical support for local and regional marketing initiatives.. Document campaigns, processes, and best practices to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.. 8–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors across the Asia Pacific region.. Strong expertise in digital channels and tools, including SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic, 6Sense, Demandbase, and content marketing.. Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., GA-4, Marketo, Salesforce).. Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. Strong communication, copy-editing, and presentation skills in English.. Ability to adapt strategies to diverse regional markets and audiences..
