This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales growth in Western Canada for a respected brand in electrical infrastructure. You'll engage with end-users, distributors, and engineers to build demand, drive specifications, and strengthen channel partnerships. The position combines technical sales, strategy development, and key account management, while offering strong autonomy and cross-department collaboration. Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and execute sales strategies to grow demand across Western Canada.. ·         Target key decision-makers including end-users, EPCs, OEMs, and contractors through meetings and technical presentations.. ·         Create and manage a distribution channel strategy, including distributor training and joint customer visits.. ·         Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations.. ·         Lead account management activities and coordinate closely with inside sales and external agents when applicable.. ·         Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities; report regularly to leadership.. ·         Prepare and manage quotes, budgets, expense reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.. ·         Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to increase regional presence and influence.. ·         3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in the wire and cable, electrical, or electronics sectors.. ·         Strong background in technical sales and distribution channel management.. ·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.. ·         Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%).. ·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and partners.. ·         Organized, strategic, and proactive, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals..
