Manage blade asset health using internal platforms, ensuring effective damage assessment, prioritization, and monitoring recommendations.. . Guide customers through inspection reviews, repair strategies, and high-level analysis of critical failures.. . Develop and validate repair budgets, recommend inspection strategies, and provide input on repair campaign planning.. . Review and validate repair reports for accuracy, documentation standards, and adherence to industry best practices.. . Provide engineering support for repair vendor management, including estimates, project oversight, and real-time guidance.. . Collaborate with customers on technical assessments and deliverables, producing precise, actionable reports and insights.. . Support the sales team by identifying and scoping new blade asset management opportunities with clients.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.. . Minimum 7 years of experience in blade engineering within wind energy (OEM, owner/operator, or ISP environments).. . Deep expertise in blade design, manufacturing processes, and repair techniques.. . Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats; capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.. . Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones and maintain a customer-first mindset.. . Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.. .
