Key Responsibilities. . Source high-quality candidates in product design, mechanical engineering, and electronics across international markets. . . Build and maintain global talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal candidate databases. . . Write and publish compelling, role-specific job adverts tailored to international audiences. . . Conduct screening calls to assess technical ability, cross-cultural alignment, and availability. . . Coordinate interviews and logistics across multiple time zones for international clients and candidates. . . Keep the CRM system (JobAdder preferred) current with all candidate activity and progress. . . Work alongside the Director and Delivery Lead to prioritise international hiring needs. . . Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent updates and professional communication. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (agency or in-house), with international exposure. . . Proven experience recruiting for design or engineering positions (product development focus preferred). . . Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. . . Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and global job boards. . . Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and effective in a remote work setting. . . Must have access to a reliable laptop, fast internet connection, and a quiet working environment.. . Company Location: South Africa.
