Recruit and onboard productive channel partners and sales agents.. . Support agents during customer meetings and assist in closing opportunities.. . Train agents on products, processes, and procedures to ensure fluency in solutions.. . Oversee accurate and complete order submissions aligned with company requirements.. . Develop tailored solutions by coordinating internal teams to address partner and customer needs.. . Meet assigned sales quotas and agent retention expectations.. .
