We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to support global operations, draft and review contracts, manage legal risks, and handle regulatory and pre-litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.. Responsibilities. . Provide legal support for international operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions . . Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (PSP, SaaS, leases, employment, marketing, services) . . Advise on legal risks, commercial strategies, and regulatory implications . . Handle client complaints, regulatory inquiries, and assist in reputation protection efforts . . Respond to official requests from regulators and authorities in coordination with Compliance . . Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Product, IT) on legal matters and special projects. . . At least 5 years of legal experience in a business environment . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law . . Professional-level English, especially legal and business language . . Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents in English . . Solid knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures . . Strong business communication skills . . High level of responsibility and attention to detail . . Will be a plus:.
