We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote role serving clients through telehealth. In this position, you will help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship issues, emotional challenges, communication barriers, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will focus on providing therapy, creating treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping clients make practical progress in their personal and family lives.. Responsibilities:. Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families . Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans . Help clients address relationship concerns, conflict, stress, anxiety, and family dynamics . Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation . Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed . Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice . Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field . Active Montana LMFT license in good standing . At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred . Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families . Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills . Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting . Company Location: United States.
