Accountabilities. As a Senior Product Manager, you will:. ·         Lead strategy and execution for one or more flagship product lines, from concept through deployment and iteration.. ·         Translate ambiguous needs into clear, user-centered product decisions in collaboration with engineers, designers, and external partners.. ·         Drive product discovery through research, interviews, workflow mapping, and hypothesis testing.. ·         Define key metrics, track outcomes, and communicate impact to internal and external stakeholders.. ·         Foster a strong product culture rooted in curiosity, clarity, and urgency.. ·         Roll up your sleeves to contribute across projects in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment..
