This role is built for someone who understands how modern brands think about acquisition, retention, and revenue and can translate that into thoughtful outbound and inbound conversations.. You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, running structured outreach, qualifying inbound interest, and booking high-quality meetings for the senior team. This is not a volume-only role. It requires good judgment, strong communication, and the ability to understand a prospect’s growth challenges before pushing for a next step.. Exposure to paid media, retention marketing, and modern DTC growth strategies. Clear ownership over pipeline creation and qualification. What You’ll Work On. Inside Sales and Lead Qualification. Qualify inbound leads from marketing, referrals, and partnerships. Run discovery conversations to understand brand goals, budgets, and challenges. Determine fit based on services, timelines, and growth readiness. Book qualified meetings for senior strategists and leadership. Outbound Prospecting. Identify DTC and e commerce brands that align with ideal customer profiles. Run structured outbound via email, LinkedIn, and light calling. Personalize outreach based on brand signals, growth stage, and marketing stack. Maintain consistent follow-up without relying on spammy tactics. Pipeline Management and CRM Hygiene. Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date. Track conversations, outcomes, and next steps with discipline. Surface pipeline insights and feedback to improve targeting and messaging. Collaboration and Feedback. Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine ICPs and messaging. Share common objections, market signals, and deal feedback. Help improve sales materials and qualification frameworks over time. What You Bring. 2 to 4 years. of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles. Experience selling services, agencies, or consulting offerings preferred. Comfort speaking with founders, marketing leaders, and operators. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized approach to pipeline management and follow-up. Familiarity with DTC, e commerce, paid media, or retention marketing concepts. Ability to qualify without overselling or rushing deals. Self-starter mindset with accountability and consistency. Nice to Have. Experience selling into Shopify or DTC brand operators. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Close, or Salesforce.
