Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients, primarily in Europe. . . Source, screen, and engage Italian-speaking candidates for various roles across different industries. . . Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for client requirements. . . Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. . . Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms. . . Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. . . Stay updated with market trends, especially in the Italian and broader European employment markets. . . Collaborate with internal teams in the Netherlands to ensure seamless client service delivery. . . Qualifications and Experience. . 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with international or European markets. . . Fluent in . Italian. and . English. (written and spoken). . . Based in South Africa with the ability to work UK/EU business hours. . . Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS/CRM tools. . . Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, candidate screening, and global talent acquisition practices. . . Experience working with clients and candidates across different time zones and cultures. . . Self-driven with excellent communication and organisational skills. . .
