Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including SQL queries, templating languages (Jinja/Liquid), YAML configurations, and cloud data platforms.. . Clarify customer goals to ensure solutions align with actual needs and desired outcomes.. . Perform root cause analysis to quickly identify issues and escalate accurately to engineering when necessary.. . Provide excellent communication, including setting expectations, providing updates, and ensuring timely resolution of customer cases.. . Educate customers by explaining both what is happening and why, fostering trust and shared understanding.. . Develop and maintain internal documentation and enablement materials to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer experience and internal support processes.. . . 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, advanced support, or software development within a SaaS environment.. . Proven experience troubleshooting SQL queries, templating languages (Jinja/Liquid), and working with YAML configurations.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.. . Hands-on experience managing escalations to engineering, ensuring reproducibility and clarity.. . Comfortable working collaboratively with distributed teams across time zones.. .
