The Senior Demo Solutions Engineer will serve as a strategic technical advisor and product evangelist during the pre-sales process. You’ll design and deliver highly tailored, impactful product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that directly influence sales outcomes. Your deep technical knowledge, business acumen and storytelling abilities will be key in showcasing how our solution solves real-world customer challenges.. Responsibilities. . Lead complex, high-stakes demo engagements with enterprise and strategic customers. . Develop, manage and maintain high-impact demo environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios. . Collaborate with sales reps, solution engineers and product managers to understand customer needs and design tailored demo flows. . Build self-service and live demo assets in AWS using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform. . Deliver engaging live or recorded demonstrations for prospects and partners. . Automate and optimize demo environment deployment, resetting and data generation. . Train sales and marketing teams on demo best practices and asset usage. . Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve demo experience and capabilities. . Work with product and engineering to represent customer pain points and advocate for demo-related features. . Mentor and support junior SEs and act as a thought leader within the Solutions Engineering team. . Assist in building demo libraries, sales playbooks, technical documentation and sales enablement content. . Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape and best practices. . . 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, demo engineering or technical product marketing. . Strong knowledge of software development, SaaS, APIs and cloud platforms. . Proven track record of influencing enterprise level deals through tailored demos and POCs. . Experience creating or managing technical environments for demos or POCs. . Ability to translate technical features into business value. . Experience with team leadership and mentorship. . Excellent presentation and storytelling skills. . Familiarity with sales and demo automation tools is a plus. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). . Company Location: United States.
