Reporting to our Lead Creative Strategist, the Junior Media Buyer supports daily execution and optimization across Meta, Snapchat, Applovin, Google, and YouTube. You will own creative trafficking, ad set updates, and performance reporting that keeps our campaigns profitable and scaling.. You'll be responsible for. . Build clear, actionable creative reports in partnership with our Lead Creative Strategist. . Upload and launch new ads, ensuring correct copy, creative, and targeting across platforms. . Rotate winning ads into new audiences, geos, and placements to extend performance. . Monitor spend, key metrics, and pacing, flagging anomalies or opportunities in real time. . Maintain naming conventions, asset libraries, and tracking parameters for flawless attribution. . Support senior media buyers with asset requests, campaign tweaks, data pulls, and platform troubleshooting. . Stay current on platform policy changes, emerging formats, and competitive trends. . . 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager (essential). . Basic understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, MER, and ROAS. . Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills for quick analysis and reporting. . Strong written and spoken English, plus comfort communicating asynchronously. . Self‑starter mindset with reliable internet, your own computer, and the discipline to work the Pacific time zone. . Experience working with attribution software (Northbeam, Motion etc.) preferred, but not required. . Side-note while applying!.
