Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients. . Help clients with mobility and physical support, ensuring their safety and comfort. . Monitor and document clients’ health and well-being, reporting any significant changes to the care team. . Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients. . Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to follow personalized care plans. . Engage in ongoing training and personal development to enhance caregiving skills. . .
