Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience.. . Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to efficiently attract high-quality talent.. . Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas to enhance talent support strategies.. . Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to strengthen your recruitment capabilities.. . Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues in a remote setting..
