Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the IT industry.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.. . Assist customers with technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.. . Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communications.. .
