Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in French.. . Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, the benefits of renewable energy, and available options.. . Assist customers with account management, service requests, and troubleshooting.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.. . Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.. .
