We are looking for a CRO Specialist to own and optimize the entire post-click customer journey for a growing DTC brand.. This role will be responsible for improving conversion performance through structured testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.. Because the brand operates in a low-LTV, non-subscription category, optimizing first-purchase conversion and upsell funnels is critical. This role will focus heavily on improving revenue per visitor and building high-performing landing page funnels.. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives on testing, iteration, and measurable growth.. The Role. Conversion Rate Optimization. Own the CRO strategy across the entire post-click journey. Improve conversion rate sitewide and by traffic source. Optimize Revenue Per Visitor (RPV). Improve Average Order Value (AOV) while maintaining profitability. Optimize contribution margin through smart testing. Testing & Experimentation. Develop testing hypotheses based on data. Set up and manage A/B tests. Analyze results and implement improvements. Maintain consistent testing velocity. Report on test performance and learnings. Funnel Optimization. Own the entire post-click funnel. Optimize landing pages and conversion paths. Improve first-purchase offers and upsell funnels. Work with designers to build high-converting pages.
