Lead Maintainer Instructor at First Division Consulting. First Division Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Lead Maintainer Instructor to support operator and maintainer training for the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2) Aviation Command and Control (AC2) portfolio. This role leads curriculum development, training delivery, and performance assessments for maintenance-level tasks across the MACCS family of systems including CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, and AFATDS.. Responsibilities:. ·         Lead development and delivery of hands-on maintainer training and Master Lesson Files (MLF).. ·         Provide instruction on system administration, field, fleet, and sustainment-level maintenance.. ·         Oversee execution of hardware/software diagnostics, system isolation, and LRU replacement.. ·         Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MACCS networks, tactical radios, routers, and TDFs.. ·         Develop job aids, training test packages, and lesson plans in accordance with NAVMC 1553.1 and MCO 1553.2B.. ·         Mentor junior instructors and serve as primary government interface for training execution.. . Formerly certified Master Instructor in Marine Corps tactical data systems.. . Experience leading curriculum design in a formal military schoolhouse.. . Extensive knowledge of tactical data links (Link 16, JREAP A/B/C), Cisco routers/switches, RF propagation.. . Four years’ experience managing tactical communications hardware/software in a DOD environment.. . Familiarity with virtualized environments, network administration, and COMSEC practices.. . An Active Secret clearance is Required.. . Must be a US citizen.. . Must be willing to travel 25%-35%. . . Company Location: United States.
