Continuously monitor and optimize. the platforms for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. . . Orchestrate complex workflows. and automate data processes using Airflow, Databricks, or equivalent tools. . . Implement best practices. for pipeline modularization, version control (Git), and active monitoring, ensuring robustness and maintainability. . . Implement layered security measures. in data platforms, including encryption, RBAC, data masking, and auditing practices, using tools such as Ranger, IAM, and native cloud solutions. . . Ensure compliance. with internal and external governance, security, and regulatory requirements across all data processes. . . Clearly and effectively document. data flows, technical standards, architectural decisions, and operational procedures. . . Mentor and support other engineers. in adopting engineering best practices, ensuring a high level of technical excellence and consistency across the team. . Requirements. . . Solid hands-on experience. with cloud platforms (AWS) in data engineering and architecture roles. . . . Strong knowledge of data modeling. , with practical experience using dbt, ER modeling tools, and advanced SQL techniques. . . . Advanced expertise in batch and streaming data processing frameworks. such as Airflow, Kafka, and Spark. . . . Proficiency in managing data storage and processing solutions. like Snowflake, Redshift, and Delta Lake. . . . Expertise in orchestration tools and CI/CD practices. (Airflow, Databricks, Git). . . . Deep understanding of data security principles. , including masking, encryption, access control, and governance frameworks. . . . Excellent problem-solving skills, technical leadership. , and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different areas. . . .
