This role is a critical frontline position responsible for connecting prospective clients with legal assistance during vulnerable times. You will engage directly with individuals seeking help, assessing their cases with empathy and professionalism, and guiding them through the intake process. Your ability to build rapport and convert qualified leads into retained clients will directly impact the firm’s success. Operating fully remotely within flexible hours, you will be supported through training and offered opportunities to earn incentive compensation. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads seeking legal help through various communication channels (no cold calling).. . Assess case viability by gathering and evaluating client information related to personal injury and motor vehicle accidents.. . Build rapport with prospective clients, turning qualified leads into retained clients with a high conversion rate (target 95%).. . Follow up consistently and respectfully with callers to maintain engagement and support.. . Maintain accurate records of all interactions and case details within case management systems.. . Refer cases outside personal injury scope to appropriate partner law firms.. . Participate in ongoing training to stay current with procedures, terminology, and best practices.. . Work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring coverage and responsiveness.. . . Minimum 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, or auto insurance sales.. . Basic knowledge of personal injury and motor vehicle accident law preferred.. . Excellent verbal communication skills with empathy, persuasion, and professionalism over the phone.. . Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills to manage difficult interactions calmly.. . Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to balance workload and maintain quality.. . Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.. . Adaptability and openness to constructive feedback.. . Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.. . Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.. .
