Accountabilities. . Develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals, online courses, videos, and release notes.. . Deliver live training sessions, webinars, onboarding workshops, and ongoing customer education.. . Create and maintain clear end-user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base content aligned with product updates.. . Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.. . Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics.. . Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content, methods, and customer learning outcomes.. . Provide responsive customer support, answering queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding and training experience.. . . Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult education, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.. . Minimum 2 years in training design and delivery, ideally in customer education or SaaS/software environments.. . Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.. . Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate360, Adobe Captivate) and experience with AI-driven content tools is a plus.. . Experience using virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Teams, with knowledge of interactive training methods.. . Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and quality.. . Preferred: experience in clinical trials or SaaS, as well as familiarity with HTML/CSS for technical documentation.. .
