As a Medical Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving provider applications, maintaining accurate records in our database, verifying credentials, and serving as a point of contact for healthcare providers. Your work will contribute to our commitment to quality patient care by ensuring that our network is comprised of competent and well-credentialed professionals.. Key Responsibilities:. . Maintain and update provider profiles in the . CAQH. system. . . Handle provider . enrollments and re-credentialing. with major insurance payers including, but not limited to: . . . . BCBS. . . . Aetna. . . . Medicare. . . . United Healthcare / Optum. . . . Cigna. . . . Ensure timely submission and follow-up on applications. . . Track application status and respond to payer requests. . . Organize and manage provider documents, licenses, malpractice insurance, and certifications. . . Ensure all credentialing documents are up-to-date and in compliance with payer requirements. . . Updating Policies and Procedures Manual. . Reviewing Documentation for State Credentialing: Gather necessary documentation, verify its accuracy and completeness, and ensure compliance with state regulations.. . . Providing Guidance and Support.  in clarifying state requirements and procedures, to support La Juan in meeting credentialing obligations. . General Administrative Tasks. . . Proven experience in medical credentialing and insurance enrollments. . . Strong knowledge and experience using CAQH. . . Familiarity with payer-specific enrollment processes (Medicare, BCBS, etc.). . . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. . . Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. . . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.. . Company Location: Philippines.
