We are looking for a . Marketing & Admin Assistant . who’s organized, resourceful, and energized by supporting marketing projects while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll help bring Journey Consulting’s marketing strategies to life, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. In addition, you’ll provide administrative support and offload tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic goals and client success. . In this role you will:. 🎨 Website Management . . Update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice and aesthetics. . . Manage online forms, troubleshoot minor website issues, and assist with routine maintenance. . . Support SEO efforts by updating website content and implementing basic optimizations. . . 📣 Social Media Management . . Work collaboratively to create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across company social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook, and other platforms as needed). . . Track and analyze social media metrics to identify opportunities for growth. . . 🤝 Digital Marketing Support   . . Assist in building and executing email marketing campaigns and automated email nurture sequences. . . Help maintain clean and organized contact lists in CRM and email systems. . . Gather and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements. . . 💸Administrative & Bookkeeping . . Assist with managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling email communications. . . Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with document preparation. . . Support the team with general administrative and bookkeeping tasks as assigned. . . Working Hours: T. his is a full-time, remote role, with at least 5 hours of overlap required in U.S. Central Time (ideally between 8 AM – 4 PM CST).. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:. ✅ 2–3 years experience in a marketing assistant or virtual assistant role. ✅ Experience in a marketing agency or service-based environment. ✅ Hands-on experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics. ✅ Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management. ✅ Familiarity with email automation and nurture sequences. ✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. ✅ Experience with ClickUp and Canva. ✅ Comfortable learning new tools and systems.
