Drive sales strategy in the region to achieve sustainable growth and revenue targets.. . Recruit, hire, and develop Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.. . Cultivate new accounts while expanding business with existing customers.. . Provide clinical expertise, product presentations, and training to healthcare professionals.. . Monitor regional performance metrics and prepare detailed sales reports.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives in sales, training, marketing, and clinical education.. . Represent the organization at conferences, conventions, and sales meetings to promote therapy adoption.. . Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting reimbursement processes.. . . Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.. . At least 5 years of sales management, training, or marketing experience, preferably in the medical device industry.. . Experience working in start-ups or with disruptive technologies strongly preferred.. . Strong clinical and technical product knowledge with proven ability to present to large groups.. .
