Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services, financial products, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French.. . Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.. . Provide detailed information on loan options, credit accounts, and investment products.. . Work efficiently to resolve customer complaints and enhance their overall experience.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.. .
