This role offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts for advanced radar solutions in the critical infrastructure sector. The Regional Sales Manager will own territory development, identify and capture new business opportunities, and manage relationships with senior executives and strategic partners. This position combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and hands-on sales execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop capture strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and represent the company at conferences, demonstrations, and executive meetings. Accountabilities:. . Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.. . Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.. . Develop and implement capture strategies aligned with corporate objectives.. . Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives and decision-makers.. . Lead solution implementation at customer sites as needed to ensure satisfaction.. . Conduct competitive assessments and articulate the strengths of offered solutions.. . Cultivate strategic partnerships with defense-focused integrators, resellers, and value-added partners.. . Conduct on-site product demonstrations and represent the company at conferences and test sites.. . Manage post-sale relationships to drive expansion, renewals, and customer loyalty.. . Track performance, share insights, and continuously improve sales processes and outcomes.. . . Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle, complex field sales experience.. . At least 2 years of experience selling to the public sector or critical infrastructure clients.. . Proven ability to capture net-new business and consistently exceed quota.. . Strong technical acumen with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.. . Experience integrating products with Video Management Systems (VMS) or similar technologies.. . Demonstrated success in executive-level presentations and multi-functional program sales.. . Skilled in forecasting, territory planning, and account qualification.. . Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.. . Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.. . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.. . Experience selling physical security solutions, hardware, or through integrators is desirable.. .
