In this role, you will:. . Develop, maintain, and enhance iOS mobile applications that provide members with world-class digital healthcare experiences.. . Dedicate 80–90% of your time to hands-on coding, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance.. . Lead complex projects by anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs, proposing innovative solutions, including AI-driven features.. . Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.. . Write clean, well-tested code that ensures stability, maintainability, and scalability.. . Participate in full agile software development lifecycle activities, from concept and design to deployment.. . Candidates should have:. . 5+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.. . Strong proficiency in Swift, including its features and best practices.. . Experience designing scalable and maintainable app architectures.. .
