Accountabilities:. ·         Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and prototyping through to final design implementation.. ·         Develop and manage scalable design systems that ensure consistency across mobile platforms.. ·         Apply customer-centric frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) to design experiences that meet user needs and drive business objectives.. ·         Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align designs with business and technical requirements.. ·         Conduct usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.. ·         Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.. ·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading end-to-end mobile app design projects.. ·         Proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma.. ·         Strong background in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.. ·         Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with practical experience applying JTBD or similar frameworks.. ·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote team environment.. ·         A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered mobile design work.. ·         Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer visits, company gatherings, or industry events..
