Full Stack Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) at Sur. Work on both front and back end technologies when developing new features.. . Take ownership of new features and lead all life cycle stages for that feature including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams. . Contribute ideas to improve the product. . . 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer. . Highly experienced with Ruby, Rails, and JavaScript. . Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and version control software. . Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Sidekiq, Minitest, PostgreSQL / relational databases, and Python are pluses. . Familiarity with SMTP and mail security standards (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, etc.) are pluses. . Excellent problem solving and team collaboration skills. . Ability to build, test, and deploy software changes in a fast paced environment. . Fluent in written and spoken English. . Company Location: Mexico.
