Design, develop, and enhance software products, applications, and platforms aligned with client requirements.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to propose and implement effective technical solutions.. . Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and team members.. . Define, document, and promote best practices to ensure high team performance and code quality.. . Participate in deploying and scaling software products on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.. . . Minimum 3 years of full-stack software development experience.. . Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; experience with C#, .NET, React, Go, or Python is a plus.. .
