As a core member of the revenue leadership team, you will oversee Solutions Architect Managers, support enterprise customers, and serve as a key link between go-to-market, product, and technical teams. Accountabilities:. ·         Lead and grow a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across the U.S., with a focus on technical excellence and customer impact.. ·         Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to deliver scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer goals.. ·         Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for enterprise clients, providing deep technical insights and navigating complex needs.. ·         Design and implement scalable team processes and enablement programs to support solution delivery and sales performance.. ·         Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to represent the customer voice and influence roadmap priorities.. ·         Drive metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention, and pipeline generation through consistent solution quality and strategic leadership.. ·         9+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales technical role, with at least 5 years in a second-line management position.. ·         Proven success recruiting, mentoring, and leading high-performing technical teams in fast-growth environments.. ·         Deep domain knowledge across analytics, data warehousing, engineering, or business intelligence ecosystems.. ·         Strong track record of driving revenue and customer success through technical solution design and execution.. ·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.. ·         Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across departments and seniority levels..
