We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and resourceful Technical Support Engineer to temporarily join our team and support a key client in the hospitality sector.. About the Role. You’ll work closely with the Senior Systems Manager and serve as a bridge between corporate and on-site operations. You’ll ensure smooth functioning of business-critical systems, assist with troubleshooting and technical support, and help maintain accurate documentation and user access across several software tools.. What You'll Do. . Be the first line of support for system-related issues and requests that fall outside of the property-level IT scope. . . Manage user setup and deactivation across multiple enterprise platforms in line with defined procedures. . . Maintain logs of system changes, issue resolutions, and audit updates. . . Help develop and organize user training materials and guides. . . Troubleshoot application interruptions and resolve user-reported issues. . . Keep system documentation and instructional resources current and well-organized. . . Participate in virtual meetings to assess and address application-related concerns. . . Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.. . What You Bring. . Clear, effective communication skills and a knack for explaining technical issues to non-technical users. . . A proactive mindset and comfort navigating documentation or vendor resources to find answers. . . Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, remote desktop tools, and help desk systems. . . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. . . A solutions-focused attitude—always aiming for the long-term fix. . . Commitment to consistency and process, especially when it comes to compliance and data integrity. . . Preferred Experience. . 1–3 years in a technical support or systems admin role, ideally in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment. . . Exposure to hospitality systems or a background supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or real estate. . . Familiarity with tools such as: . . . . Ottimate. . . .
