Your Key Responsibilities:. . Review and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure it complies with our community standards.. . Classify and assess content appropriately according to established moderation guidelines.. . Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.. . Provide constructive feedback on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation practices.. . Collaborate effectively with colleagues to improve overall content review strategies.. . Stay informed of company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.. . . Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. .
