This is a part-time, remote position with fixed hours from 10am to 2pm EST, Monday through Friday. During slower periods, the representative will receive training and begin outreach to corporate partners to support our growth.. Key Responsibilities:. . Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in both English and Spanish. . Maintain accurate records of communications and updates using Excel. .
