Engineering Manager who will support Netguru's AI and GenAI engineering capability. - end to end. Not just someone who knows the buzzwords. Someone who has shipped LLM-based systems to production, understands agentic architectures from the ground up, and can lead a team of engineers building real products for real clients.. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and growth. You'll set the technical direction, support presales with honest feasibility assessments, drive internal AI adoption across teams, and build a competency that becomes one of Netguru's strongest differentiators.. English and Polish are required. Compensation. up to 35,000 PLN net/month (B2B) + 20 paid days off. up to 29,100 PLN gross/month (Employment Contract). What You'll Own. 1. Agentic & LLM Engineering. Lead and grow an AI engineering group (30+ engineers) - backend, ML, DevOps, and QA profiles.. Define architecture standards for LLM-based products: RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation frameworks.. Set the bar for production-grade AI systems: observability, cost control, latency, safety, and reliability.. Oversee the full lifecycle of AI systems - from prototype to production and beyond.. 2. Internal AI Adoption. Drive the adoption of AI-powered developer tooling across Netguru teams (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering workflows).. Build playbooks, run workshops, and lead by example - engineers should feel empowered, not replaced.. Measure adoption impact using DORA/SPACE metrics and human signals (developer experience, cycle time, rework).. Build a library of reusable AI practices scalable across 100+ projects.. 3. Presales & Feasibilit. y. Be the technical voice in deal reviews for AI/GenAI opportunities.. Provide fast, reliable architecture options, risk assessments, and effort estimates - even for unknown domains.. Challenge unrealistic scopes and propose alternatives that win trust and close deals.. 4. AI Capability Building. Build Netguru's AI/GenAI competency roadmap - stacks, reference architectures, integration patterns.. Grow Tech Leads who can own AI workstreams independently.. Build communities of practice around LLM engineering, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.. Monitor team health: velocity, code quality, morale, rework rate, CI/CD, test coverage.. Must-Have. 7–10 years of engineering experience, full-stack mindset.. 2–3 years leading engineering teams, including Tech Leads.. Hands-on production experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evaluation).. Strong Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js background.. Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD.. Experience supporting presales and proposal reviews in a consulting or software house context.. Familiarity with AI observability tooling (LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, Weights & Biases, or similar).. Native Polish . Communicative English (C1).. . Nice to Have.
