As a SPO Tier 2 Support & Development Specialist, you will:. . Investigate and resolve Tier 2 technical issues related to SharePoint architecture, custom solutions, site collections, permissions, and lists/libraries.. . Design, build, and enhance SharePoint solutions using SPFx, PowerShell, PnP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Apps.. . Support and maintain workflow automations, including legacy SharePoint Designer workflows.. . Assist with integrations between SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) as well as third-party applications.. . Monitor system performance, recommend optimizations, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.. . Provide guidance and training to site owners, content managers, and end-users on governance policies, feature usage, and best practices.. . Maintain technical documentation, scripts, and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.. . Collaborate with administrators, architects, security teams, and Microsoft support to resolve high-impact issues.. . Track and manage incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and communication.. . . Candidates should have:. . US citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance. Public Trust designation preferred.. . 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and developing in SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises environments, preferably SharePoint SE.. . Experience with hybrid SharePoint environments and migration projects.. . Strong troubleshooting skills for permissions, site structures, workflows, and integrations.. . Technical Skills:. .
