In this position, you will join a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional customer care while promoting sustainable energy solutions. As a customer care representative, you will play a key role in assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively.. Your passion for renewable energy combined with your customer service skills will help to drive the company’s mission of promoting a greener future. This role allows you to utilize your proficiency in Dutch to build relationships and provide guidance to customers regarding our innovative energy products and services.. Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels. . Handle inquiries related to renewable energy products and services. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. . Educate customers about sustainable energy solutions and benefits. . Collect and report customer feedback to improve company services. . Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge. . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Residing in Greece. In possession of AMKA & AFMI. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in customer care or related fields is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability. Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage. Company Location: Greece.
