The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful placements. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients.. Key Responsibilities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.. Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.. Maintain and update the ATS/database with accurate candidate information.. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.. Track recruitment metrics and report on progress to management.. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.. Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and team members.. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.. A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting strategies is a plus.. Company Location: South Africa.
