Supervise the integration of DevSecOps practices and contribute hands-on in Java and PHP development.. . Guide database architecture using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, ensuring performance and reliability.. . Lead initiatives in containerization, version control, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration.. . Contribute to innovation by promoting a mindset of entrepreneurship, resilience, and transformation within the development team.. . .
