Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat related to government and public sector inquiries. . Assist clients with applications, information requests, and service access. . Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and follow up on client issues. .
