Support and execute the demand generation strategy for North America, contributing to ABM, content marketing, and integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue through our direct sales model.. Execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels—email, events, digital, and emerging platforms—with focus on ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.. Assist in planning quarterly and annual campaign strategies, helping to stay 2-3 months ahead while remaining agile to test new tactics and emerging technologies.. Build and manage lead-nurturing programs that engage prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey.. Support messaging strategy for key verticals—learning what resonates with each industry and helping translate insights into campaigns that accelerate deal velocity.. Collaborate with outsourced lead generation vendors and our internal SDR team to ensure alignment across the lead funnel and optimize conversion at each stage.. 3+ years of demand generation or integrated marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies (fintech experience is a bonus).. Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels and support multi-vertical strategies. . Strong understanding of lead generation metrics, funnel optimization, and channel performance analysis; you're comfortable diving into data and using it to inform campaign decisions.. Experience writing impactful messaging and content. . Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset. You're eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow your expertise in demand generation..
