You will manage a multidisciplinary design team, collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing, and research partners to translate insights into actionable design solutions. Maintain high standards for design craft, feedback practices, and cross-team collaboration.. . . 8–10+ years of design experience, including at least 3+ years managing and mentoring designers.. . Deep expertise in both product and visual design disciplines, with proven success across multiple platforms.. .
