The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, defining requirements, creating prototypes, and guiding the design of intuitive, user-centered solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams, helping translate insights into meaningful product experiences that improve engagement and usability. As a UX Designer, you will:. . Conduct primary user research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.. . Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions.. . Recommend interaction designs and UX best practices to validate and iterate efficiently.. . Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and usability.. . Use storytelling to clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions.. . Measure and report on user engagement and product usage to evaluate design impact.. . . Candidates should possess:. . 1–2 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a commercial software environment (exceptions considered for strong growth potential).. . Proficiency in UX research methods and tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or equivalent.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent practical experience.. . Ability to work remotely or from a company office.. .
