Senior Business Development Manager (Recruitment & Outsourcing) at Helprise. Actively acquire new B2B clients and develop sales of recruitment and outsourcing services.. Leverage your existing professional network and business relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.. Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and executive-level meetings, through proposals and negotiations, to contract closing.. Build long-term, partnership-based relationships with decision-makers at C-level, HR and Operations.. Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure high-quality project execution.. Identify new business opportunities in Poland and international markets.. Minimum . 5 years of experience. in B2B sales within large organizations in recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, or professional services.. Proven sales track record. and an established portfolio of business relationships.. Experience in selling advanced HR solutions (recruitment, RPO, outsourcing, dedicated/project teams).. Ability to work with senior stakeholders (C-level, HR Directors, Operations leaders).. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.. Results-driven mindset, ownership of outcomes, and high level of independence.. Experience in international markets and German language skills are a strong asset, but not a requirement.. Very good command of English.. Company Location: Poland.
