Define and execute test strategies for various client projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. . Coordinate and lead testing activities across multiple projects, including test planning, environment setup, execution, and reporting. . Manage distributed teams of testers and test leads, providing support, guidance, and constructive feedback. . Review test documentation and ensure adherence to internal quality standards and client expectations. . Raise and resolve project risks and technical challenges, while monitoring KPIs such as quality metrics, utilization, and customer satisfaction. . Maintain proactive communication with client stakeholders and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and successful delivery. . . Minimum 3 years of hands-on software testing experience with strong knowledge of testing methodologies. . Solid understanding of both manual and automated testing principles, including experience with mobile testing on Android and iOS. . Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback. . Experience collaborating with client-side stakeholders and working across multiple projects. . Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with proven presentation abilities. . Capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. .
