Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients. Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more. Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed. Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional). Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs . Requirements. Qualifications: . Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology. Professional Registration:. Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA / PACFA / AASW . Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA . Expertise & Skills: . Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program). A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree. Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings . Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles. Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus.
