Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for energy solutions and want to provide high-quality support to customers. You’ll be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to energy products and services while communicating in one of the Nordic languages.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, product specifications, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.. . Provide accurate and timely information on energy solutions, pricing, and contractual details.. . Assist customers with service requests, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues effectively.. . Document customer interactions meticulously to ensure continuity of service and support.. . Collaborate with operational and technical teams to address complex service challenges.. . Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.. . . Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas industry.. . Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with customers effectively.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.. . Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.. . Familiarity with CRM software and the energy sector would be advantageous.. . Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.. . Company Location: Greece.
