In this vibrant role, you will assist our Swedish-speaking customers in navigating their online shopping experiences, addressing inquiries related to products, order statuses, returns, and fashion advice. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Provide exceptional customer service in Swedish for inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.. . Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.. . Offer advice and information about product availability, sizes, and styling options.. . Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.. . Document customer interactions accurately for comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with the fashion team to stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.. . Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements.. . . Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.. .
